Custom Products – No Returns or Exchanges
All our products (including tents, fast-fold displays, table covers, flags, and exhibition stands) are made-to-order and customized to your specifications. Since these items are uniquely produced for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after production begins. Please review your design and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Shipping Information

Production Time: Orders typically take 3–10 business days to produce before shipping.

Shipping From: All items are shipped from China via international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or EMS).

USA: 5–12 business days after dispatch (varies by location and carrier).

Shipping Costs & Taxes

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service speed.

Damaged or Defective Items
While we don’t accept returns for customization changes, we will replace items damaged during shipping if you:
