All Sales Are Final for Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products (including custom tents, fast-fold displays, table covers, flags, and exhibition stands), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind or design alterations once production has begun. Each item is specially manufactured to your unique specifications, making it impossible to resell.
Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects:

Notify us within 3 days of delivery

Provide clear photos/video of:

The damaged/defective item

Original packaging

Shipping label

We will either:

Send a replacement (if available), or

Issue a partial/full refund at our discretion

Note: We reserve the right to refuse claims if damage is caused by improper use or failure to follow care instructions.
